Responsibilities:
· Identify opportunities to drive and maximise sales and profitability
· Motivate and inspire team to deliver exceptional customer service experience, developing and promoting a loyal clientele
· Achieve (and aim to achieve) targeted KPI’s and able to implement business strategies, always providing team training
Requirements:
· 4/5 years’ management experience in luxury fashion ladieswear environment
· Leading by example, hands on approach, proactive attitude and desire to deliver outstanding results
· Excellent interpersonal skills, Spanish and English language required and strong local connections
Offering:
· Salary up to €52000, depending on experience
