Our team

Our team is the newly established Data & Analytics function for Danske Bank working with each of the businesses to accelerate the adoption of data and utilise analytics and data science to enhance our products and services to our clients. The Data & Analytics team consists of Data Management, Data Platform, Data Transformation, Analytics Centre of Excellence, Data Programme delivery, Business Intelligence and Data Governance.

Data & Analytics is one of the central enablers identified as a priority by Danske Bank’s Executive Leadership Team (ELT) with significant mandate and support. 

Bring innovation and the latest developments to the organisation

As Strategy & Innovation Lead, you will: Be responsible for multiple strategic initiatives with a data and analytics subject matter, ranging from supporting the strategic input on D&A to the overall group strategy to supporting the mobilisation of data strategy Be involved in data literacy and data & analytics adoption across the enterprise Support the Head of Strategy & Innovation – D&A and the CDO in developing and rolling out a data strategy across Danske Bank Bring innovation and the latest developments in data and analytics, including machine learning, AI, to Danske Bank. This will involve working with some of the most interesting and exciting data and technologies to innovate new solutions Support the development and roll out of our data strategy

We are looking for

We imagine that you: Have extensive experience in strategy and innovation with the latest thinking on technologies including AI Have extensive experience in innovation and establishing and running innovation and POC’s with the latest data & analytics solutions Is an established expert with a minimum of 8 years of work experience in the arena Is a thought leader in the space of Data Tooling and is experienced in ML and AI best practice Has experience in delivery of Data & Analytics use cases in a Banking context with a Banking or Strategic Consultancy background
