We are looking for a student worker to join our Digital Services Strategy and Portfolio team in Danfoss Climate Solutions for 15-20 hours a week, with a schedule that matches your university commitment – preferably for several semesters.

In Digital Services we accelerate the green transition with our customers, by enabling sustainability through digital innovation, helping the customers to do more with less. Today we have digital solutions that help our customers reduce energy usage and food loss, and we are continuously work on expanding our portfolio. As part of the Strategy and Portfolio team you will help set the long term direction of our unit and ensure that we stay on track with our strategy execution to reach growth targets and keep our services competitive.

You will work in a high-paced and dynamic environment with colleagues located around the world. We have high ambitions to deliver the best digital services in the industry, continuously pushing our boundaries. Job Responsibilities

As our new student worker you will:

• Conduct research and analysis on various digital projects and initiatives, including market research, competitive analysis, and customer research.
• Support the team in maintaining the project portfolio and tracking progress on ongoing initiatives.
• Help to prepare presentations and decision support material for the Digital Strategy team and other stakeholders in the organization.
• Participate in project planning and strategy sessions, including brainstorming sessions, workshops, and team meetings.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and developments.

For this position you need to be an enrolled student preferably pursuing a master’s within Business/Economics, Industrial Engineering, Industrial IT or similar with a good academic performance. Practical experience from a similar role is an advantage, but not necessary. Additionally, we are looking for: 

• A structured and logical thinker with strong analytical skills, who likes to solve complex tasks.
• A strong business-oriented mindset and flair for strategy.
• A curious and a quick learner who can work independently as well as in international and diverse teams.
• A self-motivated doer with good communication skills.
• Advanced written and verbal English skills. German and/or Danish skills are a plus.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
