**The Opportunity**
- Work across a diverse client base
- Help manage the teams workflow & delegate work to junior staff
- Work on complex types of client engagements
- Coaching & mentoring junior staff, including induction for internal business processes

**About You**
- Degree qualified
- CA/CPA qualification
- 6+ years Australian public practice experience in a professional services firm
- Strong technical skills and initiative
- Ability to take job ownership
- Exceptional attention to detail
