Support Operations Department: Collaborate with our operations team to ensure the efficient administration and management of our MCO systems.
Implement Journal Routing Platforms: Design and implement platforms for routing journals to security analysis tools, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
Service Definition
Review and Optimize Journal Management: Conduct thorough reviews of exploitability, efficiency of configuration, and architecture for journal management, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Document Best Practices: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of best practices for journal management, ensuring that all team members have access to the latest information.
Administer Servers and Configurations: Manage and maintain our server infrastructure, ensuring that all systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
Implement Operation Improvement and Monitoring Plan: Develop and implement a comprehensive operation improvement and monitoring plan, ensuring that our systems are running at optimal levels and that any issues are quickly identified and resolved.

Activity Report and Task Tracking: Provide regular activity reports and task tracking, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of progress and any issues that may arise.

Requirements
Linux and Open-Source Ecosystems: Strong knowledge of Linux and open-source ecosystems, including rsyslog.
SIEM Tools or Certificate Management: Experience with SIEM tools or certificate management is a plus.
Technical Environment: Familiarity with certificate management, Linux, and system technologies.
Other Skills: Strong writing skills and a curiosity for technology.
