Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Place purchase orders with suppliers and follow-up when necessary to avoid stockouts.
• Ensure accuracy of purchase order due dates.
• Collaboration with external suppliers regarding the stated and changed demands resulting from MRP cycles.
• Working with Global Procurement to ensure that capacity files are in place and of some recent S&OP cycle for high impact suppliers
• As necessary, allocation management for capacity constrained suppliers
• Work with planning and manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery of products.
• Evaluate, recommend and implement improvements to lower inventory, reduce stockouts and to improve on-time delivery.
• Maintain master data information in SAP.
• Create and/or publish forecast reports to supplier

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• Good SAP and MS Office skills, especially in Excel
• Passionate about learning and to continuously improve skills.
• Organized and process oriented.
• Professional and outstanding communication skills in all aspects and situations especially, when dealing with customers, suppliers and co-workers.
• Business fluent English skills are essential
