**Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily field operations.
- Maintain employee time records and prepare time sheets.
- Conduct inductions and training for supervisors and new staff.
- Report progress of orchard operations to the manager.
- Provide strong leadership, mentoring, and support to a diverse team.
- Supervise staff and ensure soil preparation activities are carried out using the latest methods.
- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
- Serve as a contact person for clients, resolving contract related issues.
- Visit worksites to monitor project progress, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of company records and proprietary information.
- Handle employee complaints ethically.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the director/manager.
