We are currently seeking Test Automation Engineers to introduce to our clients for upcoming recruitment initiatives.

• Mission:
• Develop, maintain, and execute automation tests.
• Establish and sustain test automation architecture and frameworks.
• Script complex codes in one or more programming languages.
• Ensure scalability of automation and Continuous Integration throughout the project.
• Assist in assessing and piloting cutting-edge automation testing tools and recommend implementation to relevant stakeholders.
• Create and enhance strategic automated tests while maintaining and upgrading frameworks and testing tools.
• Review specifications to ensure software engineering requirements are met and design solutions accordingly.
• Estimate timeframes for software modules currently in progress.
• Integrate automated tests with CI/CD builds.
• Adhere to the internal software quality procedures throughout the design and coding phases.
• Offer assistance with software verification activities by designing and executing tests at the module, class, and method levels.
• Foster a supportive work environment by advocating for your team, establishing accountability, and acknowledging achievements.
• Deliver timely feedback to drive success, ensure responsibility, and identify growth opportunities for your team members.
• Cultivate a diverse and united team to achieve goals and align associate skills to address gaps.
