Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled process engineer to join our team in PtX Concepts & Feasibility. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to Business Developers and customers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions, and driving project success through effective communication and stakeholder management.
Key Accountabilities
Provide general support to Business Developers in client meetings and RFIs (questionnaires)
Interact with Business Developers and customers to understand the most important aspects of the proposal/study – what it takes to win
Define a winning proposal/study strategy together with relevant stakeholders (involving Product Expert if required)
Evaluate proposals/studies against the latest guidelines and ensure they use the latest version of standard documents
Ensure CA/NDA fits requested information
Review proposal information generated by others and set performance guarantees in close cooperation with Product Experts
Oversee on-time delivery of proposals and studies
Incorporate new catalyst & technology developments from R&D into proposals/studies in collaboration with Product Experts
Share lessons learned and incorporate them in future proposals/studies in collaboration with Product Experts
Cultivate innovation and identify opportunities for improvement, taking action to secure IP when relevant in collaboration with Product Experts
