As a Visual Merchandising Manager, you do more than just style our fashion according to H&M guidelines. You also work with the Store Management team to maximise sales alongside coaching to identify new talent through leadership. You actively drive sales in-store and are responsible for implementing the visual identity to make shopping at H&M an inspiring and fashionable experience. As a fashion lover, you will keep an eye on the latest trends and excel at styling and garment presentation, always putting the customer at the centre of everything you and the store team do. Your commercial mindset and creativity will aid the team in delivering an inspiring, relevant, and convenient shopping experience. At H&M, no two days are ever the same; you ensure that garment presentation in windows and in-store is in line with the Commercial Handbook. You will share your knowledge with the team as well as inspire and educate on seasonal trend information. For the role of Visual Merchandiser Manager, we look for someone who is creative and likes a fast-paced everyday life.
