We are now looking for our next Visual Merchandiser Manager for our H&M Flagship Store at Karl Johan, Oslo. 

Visual Merchandiser Managers do more than just style our fashion according to H&M guidelines. They also work with the Store Management team to maximise sales alongside coaching and identify new talent through their leadership.

As a Visual Merchandiser Manager, you help create an environment that inspires customers to explore their personal style. You actively drive sales in store and are responsible to implement the Visual Identity for us to make our customers look, feel, and do good. As a fashion lover, you’ll keep an eye on the latest trends and excel at styling and garment presentation, always putting the customer at the center of everything you and the store team do. Bring your commercial mindset and creativity to help the team deliver together an inspiring, relevant, and convenient shopping experience.

• Minimum 1 year experience of being a Visual Merchandiser
• Good knowledge and practice for visual routines (sample picking, planning) 
• Excellent knowledge of fashion, trends, and our customer profiles
• Be a role model for our values and demonstrate our global management expectations in your daily work

This is a permanent position located in Oslo. As a Visual Merchandiser Manager, you report and are supported by your Store Manager and Area Team.
