Job Description
• Overall 8+ years of development experience
• Technology Lead with prior experience for at least 5 years of leading a team
• Good knowledge in Backbone.JS, -Jquery, nodeJS, React/Angular, -OpenText
• Agile knowledge and Good communication skill
• Lateral Thinking ability to solve client problems
• Agile development experience
• Should have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate with the client and the team
• Should have worked in a client facing role and be able to discuss technical designs and requirements with client stakeholders
• Should be able to translate business requirements into technical user stories
• Able to make decisions
• Able to take responsibility and deliver under pressure
• Should be upto date with latest technologies and standards
• Should be able to provide a POV when required
• Should be a Self-learner and self-starter
